This month we’re back at Trinity Hall for first official Vegan Drinks of Spring! Trinity Hall has always rolled-out the Red Carpet for us – but this time we hear there might be a little something *extra* special for us. News is that Trinity Hall is looking to add some more vegan items to their *permanent menu* and want us to try them out! How great will it be to add *another* vegan friendly bar to the list?! Put this Vegan Drinks on the calendar ASAP, as it’s one you’ll surely not want to miss!

Join us for a fun night of delicious food and drinks, nice people, cool prizes, and a great cause! For this month’s Vegan Drinks (which you don’t have to be veg to attend), we will be raising funds to support Youth Empowered Action (YEA) Camp, a summer camp for teenagers passionate about activism and social justice.

Included in $20 admission on the patio at the super fun Hacienda on Henderson is a margarita, appetizers, and the knowledge that you are supporting a great cause! (Note: you don’t have to participate in the fundraiser, you can still come and participate in Vegan Drinks!). They will be selling raffle tickets for some great prizes and have fun silent auction items — cool art, a $100 gift cert for Transit Bikes, massage, yoga, and much more! P.S. Vegan Drinks is normally on the 2nd Thursday of the month, but we moved it up a day this month because of Valentine’s Day. It will return to its normal second Thursday of the month on March 14.

We’re excited for the first Dallas Vegan Drinks of 2013 – this time at The Libertine Bar on Lower Greenville!

The Libertine is home to the famous 5-Course Beer Dinners of the past years – and they’ve finally added vegan-friendly dishes to their menu! Try out the "Tex-Med" hummus plate or the Tempura Fried Seitan Tacos (drool!). All that plus a large selection of beers and other drinks, and there’s certainly something for everyone!
